There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from 2kShirts.ng: You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the day your order was dispatched.

 

The first step is to call us and we will check your eligibility and let you know how to send the order back to us. Unless the return is due to a defective item, simply changing your mind will mean that you’ll bear the cost of returns.

After the item is received by our warehouse, we will issue an exchange, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances of the return.

All orders within the geographic region of Nigeria will take no longer than 7 days. In most cases, customers receive their orders within 5 working days. If we experience any logistics challenges in delivering your parcel, we will inform you.

We use multiple logistics providers and this is dependant on the location and weight of the parcel. Please contact us if you have a specific preference.

Unfortunately no. Thrift items are procured at a cost and sold at discount rates, Therefore we cannot offer any warranty other than our returns and exchange system.

To cancel an order you will need to call us as a matter of urgency. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to recall it. Which means that the cost of delivery has to be paid.
