Cash on Delivery

CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE NATIONWIDE!

2kShirts.ng is pleased to now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide!*

Some remote locations and conflict zones are currently deemed unserviceable under COD terms. In these instances, payment may still be made through other payment methods available in our site (e.g. Credit card, Debit Card, Bank transfer and cash payments). Customers with unserviceable COD orders will be notified by 2kShirts.ng of the issue.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

COD orders are available for orders that do not exceed 30,000.

Place orders at www.2kshirts.ng and upon check out you will be prompted to select a payment method. Choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

Cash on delivery comes with an extra cash handling charge of N500.

CAN A CUSTOMER REFUSE TO PAY AND RECEIVE FOR A COD ORDER?

Yes, but the only valid reason to refuse to receive and pay for a COD order is for wrong product/s or damaged products delivered (ie. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered). In this case, kindly inform the dispatcher of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remedying.

Any other reason for refusing a COD order (including false allegations of wrong product/s delivered) will constitute a serious violation of the terms of use of our COD service. Simply changing your mind will not be acceptable. We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate the terms of use of any of our services. Remember, this service cost us every time you don’t honour our COD agreement.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED AND HOW WILL I BE NOTIFIED?

After you have placed your order, it will be sent to our warehouse for processing. Once orders are dispatched, we will send you an email regarding your tracking details. Our logistics partner will contact you by SMS on the day of the delivery. Kindly reply as soon as possible to facilitate immediate delivery.

In the event that the parcel is undeliverable (where the carrier has made reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel, but it is either refused or no delivery can be made), your account will be evaluated and barred from placing further COD orders.

We are continuously improving our services and we hope this new payment option will enhance your online buying experience with us even further.
